I can not say enough good things about Craig and The Breaking Point Program. I was so nervous to start but immediately felt comfortable in the program because Craig gave me so much guidance and support the whole time. I have always struggled with confidence and feeling comfortable, but this was not the case with him. He was so down to earth and I felt as if I'd know him forever. He is the most supportive and encouraging coach I have EVER worked with... and I've worked with a lot. He was responsive and always makes time for me. He will nudge me to increase protein or push myself more, knowing I can do stand believing in me especially when I didn't believe in myself. This program has not only helped my physical well being, but me mental well being as well. He listens and changes things up when needed and may hear me complain and again comes back with encouragement. Do yourself a favor and do this program, you will not regret it and you will start living your best life. I honestly cannot recommend Craig highly enough - he is absolutely incredible! Back in April, I felt so low about my body. I was hiding behind friends and family in photos, dreading seeing myself in pictures, and feeling like crying when I did. I didn’t want to go out or socialise anymore. I’d reached my breaking point - enough was enough, and I knew I had to make a change. That’s when I got in touch with Craig and signed up for my first 12 weeks. All I can say is… life-changing!
From the nutritional guidance, weekly workouts and challenges, to the motivational reels and the tough love when I needed it - the support was unreal. By the end of the 12 weeks, I had lost 10kg and gained something even more important: confidence. It was the best feeling in the world!

Highly recommend Craig. I’ve never been someone who enjoyed exercising, but for the first time I’m genuinely looking forward to my workouts. I met Craig when I was at my literal breaking point, ready to further drastically reduce calories or consider medication for weight loss because I had found nothing sustainable in the past to achieve my goals. I was pretty apprehensive to trust a plan that let me eat more and work smarter (not harder), but so glad I did! I can’t thank Craig enough for what he’s done for me. When I first started, I had lost my confidence after gaining a lot of weight, and I felt ashamed to even step into a gym. I didn’t know where to start, and honestly, I didn’t think I ever would. But the day I met Craig, something clicked. He made me a promise, and although I wasn’t doubting his abilities, I remember thinking, “Yeah… right.” Little did I know he would change everything for me. The program he designed for me was intense but exactly what I needed - heavy training, kickboxing, stretching, core work - you name it. Well, what can I say about Craig? If you want an easy programme with slow results and no sweat then he is not your man. If you want a trainer that is afraid to be honest, won't push you and does the softly softly approach then he is not your man. If you want the Instagram worthy workouts with your hair and make up intact then he is not your man. If you want real results and noticable impact, if you want to work hard and push yourself further than you thought possible, if you want to be amazed every day by what you can achieve, then Craig is 100% your man.
He is tough, kinda gobby (in a good way!) seriously smart about everything fitness and nutrition but also supportive, challenging and your biggest cheerleader. You won't just be following a programme, you'll be learning what works for your body, how to eat properly and fuel your body, how to target your key muscles and how to motivate yourself. Craig and his programme will change your life. If you are going backwards and forwards undecided then I suggest just taking the leap. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain, except fat!
Craigs programme put me on the right path and taught me everything, now 60lbs down and gaining muscle, I'm in the best shape of my life!
