2. Is this just another online workout plan?
Not even close. Most “plans” end after an hour in the gym or, 30mins on your living room floor. The Breaking Point Program also focuses on everything outside that hour — your mindset, nutrition, sleep, stress, routines, and self-discipline. That’s where lasting change actually happens.
3. Who is this program for?
It’s for people who are done with excuses — parents, professionals, and anyone who’s reached the point where “trying” isn’t enough anymore. If you’ve failed before, perfect. You’ll fit right in!
4. Who the hell are you?
Fair question. I’ve been in the fitness world for over 15 years — long before social media made flexing in the mirror a career move. I started as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in the UK, working for industry giants like Virgin Active and Equinox. I ran my own company, helped people recover from injuries, and even coached classes for women with postnatal depression through local councils. I’ve also been a Nike group fitness trainer and worked with hundreds of everyday people determined to turn their lives around. These days, I coach primarily online, where I can make a far bigger impact — helping clients not just train for an hour, but completely rebuild their habits, mindset, and lifestyle. Bottom line? I’ve seen every type of excuse, every struggle, and every comeback. And I’m here to help you write yours. If you follow this program with consistency, I will get you results — period.
5. I’ve tried everything before — why would this work?

6. Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. The program is customized to your setup — whether you’ve got a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just bodyweight. What matters most is your effort, not your equipment.
7. How is the coaching delivered?
All online. You’ll access your workouts, tracking, and check-ins through my coaching app, with real-time feedback and weekly accountability. You’ll get more direction and support than most in-person trainers are able to give. I am also available for messages and calls from clients.
8. What happens after the 12 weeks?
You’ll have the tools, confidence, and habits to maintain your results long term. Many clients choose to continue into an advanced phase — but the ultimate goal is to make you self-sufficient.
9. What if I’m not ready?
Then be honest with yourself — but also ask why not. There’s never a perfect time and it's not much different to starting a new career or opening a business. The people who win are the ones who start before they feel ready.
10. What kind of results can I expect?
Expect to drop fat, gain strength, move better, sleep deeper, and feel proud when you look in the mirror again. Most clients see visible, measurable changes within the first 4–6 weeks and a complete mindset shift by week 12. The goal isn't to crash weight as quickly as possible, it's to reduce fat as sustainably as possible, improve strength, limit pain and give you the tools to go forward and make a change long-term.
